I completed my certification as a Rolfer at the Doctor Ida Rolf Institute in 2025. After over 2 decades of climbing and fourteen years of aerial and pole dance, I found that structural integration was the only thing that consistently helped me maintain the high level of performance I required of my body. My years as an athlete had built movement patterns and dysfunctions that did not respond well to symptom-based therapies. An integrative approach has helped me continue to move and improve. As a climber and a dancer, I have a deep understanding of the capacity in which athletes need their bodies to perform, and as a Rolfer, I aim to help anyone looking to feel better and move better.
